Not the service I was hoping for. I bought a coupon from Groupon. They said even with a Groupon you need to pay about $40 for a full synthetic oil change. The full synthetic oil change price was $150 before tax. I felt like it was very high and considering I bought a coupon from Groupon it will cover everything. Also it took me almost an hour just to get an oil change while there was one person pretty much doing everything. Also, after the oil change they did not give any sticker indicating when I should plan for next oil change. Overall, not the service I was hoping for. I called two other oil change places afterwards where I usually do oil change. They told me without coupon full synthetic oil change is $90 which is $60 less than this place

Great and fast service. Chauntay went above and beyond to help get my car in and out of the shop fast and she also helped me save money on what my car needed. Will definitely be back and I do recommend them. This is my first time at this location

Took car for simple oil change but heard loud sounds while they're loading car on platform. Damaged undercarriage plastic cover and denies it all the way. Manager is called in, comes in, doesn't say anything and leaves. Disingenuous people! I would've been fine if they told truth and simply patched it up but nothing. Wasted alot if tome for me. Won't be coming here again!

Edit: I changed my review from a 1 to 3 because the GM called me directly and rectified my concerns. She was very kind! I brought my car in for a standard oil change. It began leaking oil after I returned home. When I brought my car back for them to look at the leaking oil, the woman who is I charge, assured me they tested it and that nothing was leaking. Her service tech stopped me on the way to my vehicle and told me that I needed a second opinion. I then had to take to a dealership, pay for filter to be tightened and another oil change because I had lost almost all of my oil. I will never return.

Honestly, if I could give this place a zero that’s what it needs. Anyone who has gotten an oil change there needs to seriously consider the possibility that they really didn’t get an oil change. I have a 4Runner and a Tundra. I actually live relatively close to this place and have been there off and on for years…. I have gotten inspections and different vehicle vehicles serviced there over the years. I’ve gotten to where I change the oil on the 4runner and the Tundra myself… but recently, I decided to take the 4Runner over there because I wanted a change in a “jiffy”and I didn’t want to go through the hassle of doing it myself. So I took it over there and reminding you that I have experience doing this myself…. I can see the guy working on the car from the lobby.. they have a glass door. I also walked around outside some to make a phone call. I never saw him fully drop the front skid plate which absolutely has to be done to change the filter. I saw them bring around an oil container to fill up the car, but I never saw them actually dump it in there. The guy doing the actual service was the same person that checked me out it and supposedly he was the current manager. I was a littl
